Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insights into clients' experiences and create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs, leveraging therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to foster emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic and integrated mental health care.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment modalities, and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competence training.

• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices in mental health therapy, and emerging trends in serving diverse populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrant populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with a specific focus on cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy using responsive therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
