Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, utilizing best practices and solution-focused interventions to devise personalized treatment strategies that effectively tackle their unique challenges.

• Implement a wide variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to suit individual client needs and fostering their progress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring clinical documentation is consistently up to date.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated, holistic care that addresses both the psychological and emotional needs of clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, actively contributing to discussions that promote high standards of care and support professional development.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, potential treatment avenues, and local resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research trends and clinical advancements within the mental health field, incorporating this knowledge into daily practice to enhance the care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are individuals facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, utilizing diverse methodologies to create individualized treatment frameworks.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that foster strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
