Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate various types of therapy including individual, family, marriage, or group sessions, dependent on your area of expertise and the needs of clients.

• Perform regular mental health screenings and assessments to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments in treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to share insights and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Engage actively in continuous professional development to stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proven ability to provide high-quality therapeutic services with a comprehensive understanding of counseling theories and techniques.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering mental health services to individuals facing behavioral health challenges, particularly with regard to co-occurring disorders and substance abuse treatment.

• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and developing psychoeducational materials for clients and families.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
