Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you the flexibility of a remote work environment while remaining connected to a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to exceptional patient care. Operating under a hybrid model, you will have the opportunity to conduct assessments and therapy sessions virtually, as well as within our welcoming outpatient office, when necessary. Our organized schedule provides a work-life balance, with Monday to Friday hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, coupled with the possibility of flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that directly address clients' unique challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), that are tailored to the individual’s background and needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing coping strategies and resilience among patients facing various mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, equipping clients with the tools they need to manage acute situations effectively.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and helpful community resources to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline processes.

• Participate actively in team meetings and cultural competency training sessions to enhance professional skills and share insights with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy using culturally responsive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high-stress situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
