Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITP) in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs.

• Support the therapeutic process by scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psychometric assessments while maintaining accurate client records.

• Conduct supervision sessions in conjunction with the site supervisor to ensure clinical best practices are adhered to.

• Participate in regular meetings, including staff and clinical discussions, to stay updated on organizational goals and client care strategies.

• Identify and connect clients to available agency resources and systems, streamlining their access to essential services.

• Complete requisite orientation and review agency policies and procedures to acclimate effectively within the organization.

• Prepare thoroughly for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting necessary research related to specific client issues.

• Participate in small group supervision and seminars that include the review of video tapes and research projects to enhance your clinical skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
