Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of clients.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to facilitate positive client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• A proven track record of applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with clients, families, and team members.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to manage complex client situations and develop effective treatment strategies.
