Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, challenges, and goals, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions for a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing effective strategies to support clients in acute distress and safeguard their well-being.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Document and maintain meticulous client records in accordance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Stay informed on emerging research and best practices in mental health counseling to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually based on experience and licensure.
