Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed patient assessments to create tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, and depending on your expertise and certifications, lead family, marriage, and group counseling sessions.

• Administer mental health screenings and evaluations to identify treatment requirements and monitor client progress.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices and confidentiality standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance clinical skills and share knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents and adults, who may be facing a range of mental and behavioral health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your capacity to build trusting relationships will be critical in creating a safe space for them to explore their feelings, aspirations, and paths to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

• Must hold an active license in one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
