Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide compassionate counseling and psychotherapy sessions, employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Utilize our electronic medical records (EMR) system and remote communication technologies effectively to maintain accurate client records and monitor progress.

• Engage in crisis management, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

• Adapt your clinical approach to meet the varying needs and preferences of clients, ensuring that you remain flexible and responsive in your therapeutic strategies.

• Collaborate with case management to provide comprehensive care and support services to clients.

• Regularly follow up with clients to track treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on data-driven insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals facing mild to moderate mental health challenges, including conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. You will have the chance to work closely with a diverse array of clients, tailoring your therapeutic interventions to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n
