Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Biopsychosocial assessments within a day of client admission, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's unique circumstances.

• Establish therapeutic rapport by meeting with clients within 24 hours of admission, facilitating a warm and supportive environment from the onset of treatment.

• Develop and finalize Comprehensive Treatment Plans and Integrated Treatment Summaries within three days of admission, tailored to each individual's goals.
\n
• Set weekly treatment goals, crafting specific contracts that address the unique needs of individual clients to enhance their engagement in the therapy process.
\n
• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions up to three times weekly, employing evidence-based techniques to promote psychological healing and growth.
\n
• Facilitate conjoint family psychotherapy sessions at least once weekly, enhancing familial relationships and support systems.
\n
• Lead professional groups as assigned, creating opportunities for peer support among clients.
\n
• Oversee Multifamily and Alumni groups, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.
\n
• Interface with insurance companies, providing essential clinical information to secure necessary certifications for client care.

• Maintain a client-focused approach in all interactions, ensuring clients are educated about their treatment plans, progress, and any modifications.

• Be accessible to family members, supporting their involvement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 71,000 to 102,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
