This position offers a full-time opportunity in a remote setting, allowing you to create a personalized work-life balance while meeting client needs from an outpatient perspective. Our organization operates Monday through Saturday, providing ample scheduling flexibility that allows you to establish your own therapy sessions. We offer in-house credentialing and comprehensive support for managing your insurance participation, ensuring a smooth workflow for you and our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to establish treatment needs and create tailored therapeutic plans.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver graduate-level interventions, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to foster optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery by participating in patient rounds and contributing to treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation in a timely manner, adhering to departmental and legal standards, ensuring all records reflect the progress and needs of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Safe Harbor Therapeutic Center, you will work with a varied patient population, addressing a range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license in the state of Illinois as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is required.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy or counseling in a similar setting.

• Demonstrated ability to manage up to 40 therapy sessions weekly, demonstrating commitment to client care and service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
