Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients exhibiting mood disorder symptoms to evaluate their severity, frequency, and duration, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals, integrating feedback to refine approaches continually.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Monitor and track client progress throughout their treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to respond to any changes in their mental health status.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
