Our outpatient office provides a collaborative remote work setting that promotes flexibility and work-life balance. Operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our therapists are encouraged to adapt their schedules to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' diagnoses, challenges, and needs, ultimately creating tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant techniques.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community and provide resources for managing mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care that supports holistic patient recovery and adheres to personalized treatment approaches.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, demonstrating expertise in managing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation, complying with ethical standards and legal requirements in clinical practice.

• Engage actively in team consultations, continuous learning opportunities, and case reviews to improve treatment outcomes and effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-C (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.

• Understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Previous experience conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to foster relational trust with clients.

• Ability to maintain ethical boundaries and confidentiality in clinical contexts.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other necessary technological applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
