Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely through a telehealth platform, ensuring that you can provide your expertise from any location while maintaining a work-life balance. Our team collaborated through various digital mediums to ensure seamless communication and support for our patients and each other. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and craft personalized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that address common mental health issues while fostering a sense of community.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services in response to mental health emergencies, guiding patients through immediate challenges with empathy and professionalism.

• Deliver education to patients regarding their mental health concerns, available treatment options, and community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain legally compliant and confidential documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Stay informed on the latest research advancements and therapeutic techniques in the field of mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment techniques.
\n
• Proven skills in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing therapy to diverse demographics, utilizing individual and group therapy formats.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing for effective engagement with patients and colleagues alike.

• High ethical standards, sound judgment, and respect for professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and relevant technological applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, ideally working with patients experiencing varied mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
