Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to gain an in-depth understanding of each client's unique situation.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating their specific needs, goals, and cultural background.
\n
• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to manage conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team involving psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in Maryland.

• A strong capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, depending on your geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
