Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with clients to craft tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals and cultural backgrounds, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, in individual, couples, family, and group settings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute emotional distress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory mandates.

• Engage clients and their families in psychoeducation to empower them with strategies for managing mental health conditions and enhancing their overall well-being.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as necessary to optimize client progress.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and research in mental health, incorporating new knowledge into your clinical practice to improve client care.

Qualifications\n
