Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify unique mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and psychological testing where appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and align with clients’ goals and values.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to deliver tailored therapy to individuals, groups, and families.

• Coordinate care with other professionals to enhance treatment effectiveness, ensuring that every client has a robust support network to assist in their recovery.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, including managing emergency situations through telehealth.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs that promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the populations we serve.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
