Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized tools to inform and guide the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique circumstances, challenges, and recovery objectives.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.

• Educate clients' families on relevant mental health issues and the treatment process, enhancing their ability to support their loved ones in recovery.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrated expertise through specialized training or significant experience in mental health counseling.
