Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Vibrant Health Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and concerns, followed by developing effective treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license: Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ life experiences and challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, contingent upon your caseload, professional experience, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
