Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Strength To Health Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to understand their mental health status and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Effectively managing crisis situations with professionalism, providing immediate support and intervention as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, primarily those experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. Your expertise will help these individuals navigate their concerns in a safe and empathetic manner, ultimately allowing them to lead healthier, more balanced lives.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates are required to possess the following qualifications:

• An active and valid license as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
