Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to collaboratively identify strengths, challenges, and specific mental health concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy, customizing approaches to meet the unique cultural and personal needs of each client.

• Utilize therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy, ensuring that treatment aligns with best practices.

• Develop and manage tailored treatment plans, involving clearly defined goals and continuous monitoring of client progress.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement integrated treatment plans, ensuring that healthcare services are coordinated seamlessly.

• Provide crisis intervention support, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Advocate for patients’ rights and ensure they are connected to community resources that facilitate their recovery and well-being.

• Contribute to community outreach initiatives, focused on increasing mental health literacy and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
