Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and screenings using evidence-based practices to determine clients' needs and mental health status.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that incorporate necessary services, actively involving clients and their family members in the process.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on addressing the presenting issues and empowering clients toward recovery.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, collaborating with other clinicians and external partners to align on care initiatives.

• Identify and mitigate potential safety risks for clients and ensure compliance with both ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes promptly to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, assessing urgent situations and responding effectively to support clients in distress.

• Carry a manageable caseload tailored to the needs of the detox center's client population, providing ongoing support and monitoring of treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at USD 70,000 and going up to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
