Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients’ mental health history and current challenges, ensuring the development of effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Implementing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients achieve their treatment goals.

• Collaborating actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, participating in case consultations to provide holistic and coordinated care.

• Building therapeutic relationships with clients and their families by offering education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and community resources to foster understanding and development in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
