Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities aimed at promoting patient care and health outcomes. Specific duties include:

• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to each client's situation and preferences.

• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation of sessions and progress notes.

• Facilitating teamwork through collaboration with multidisciplinary professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic patient care.

• Engaging in regular case consultation and peer review meetings, contributing insights to refine the therapeutic approach and care strategies.

• Providing educational resources to patients and their families about mental health, available treatments, and local resources for ongoing support.
