Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnostics, and evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and conditions.

• Implement and monitor evidence-based interventions and therapies, employing tools such as the DSM-5 to tailor care effectively for different demographics.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

• Work in partnership with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment objectives, focusing on collaboration to achieve agreed-upon health outcomes.

• Proactively identify patient safety concerns and symptoms, intervening to reduce risks and provide necessary support.

• Serve as a vital link between patients and external treatment resources, enhancing their access to comprehensive mental health care.

• Educate and mentor students, interns, and volunteer staff, enriching the professional development environment within our team.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaborations under the guidance of the clinical supervisor, contributing to team growth and service excellence.
