This position offers flexibility through remote work, allowing you to connect with our clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a structured weekly schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaboratively assess clients’ psychosocial needs and develop individualized care plans that align with their medical and emotional requirements.

• Provide counseling and therapy to clients and their families, facilitating discussions around sensitive topics such as grief, loss, and coping strategies.
\n
• Educate clients about available mental health services, resources, and community support systems.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatment plans, following HIPAA guidelines and best practices.
\n
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and optimize care coordination.
\n
• Stay informed of new therapeutic practices and incorporate evidence-based approaches into client care.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed to address immediate mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The predominant focus of your work will be with senior populations and individuals facing terminal illnesses. You will facilitate care for those experiencing emotional distress related to significant life changes, offering a compassionate approach to mental health that respects the dignity and autonomy of our clients during their most challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Nevada.
\n
• Excellent clinical assessment skills and the ability to implement intervention strategies effectively.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities to foster meaningful interactions with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with hospice or palliative care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
