Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible working arrangements that accommodate both the professional needs of our clinicians and the personal needs of our clients. By working from a hospice center setting remotely, you will contribute to a peaceful and supportive environment for clients who may be facing life-limiting illnesses or seeking guidance through profound transitions. An adaptable schedule is available, with core hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which can be tailored to individual preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, including detailed interviews and case histories, to inform effective therapeutic interventions.

• Develop tailored treatment and discharge plans based on careful evaluations and identified therapeutic needs.

• Provide direct counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services that utilize various mental health methodologies, ensuring documentation is completed within 24 hours post-service.

• Participate in ongoing mandatory training sessions to stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and compliance standards.

• Leverage digital electronic health record (EHR) platforms to maintain accurate client records and streamline communication within the team.

• Facilitate sessions that include non-traditional therapeutic practices such as dreamwork, hypnosis, and guided meditation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
