Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with a caseload of clients, providing assessments, individual and family therapy, and necessary therapy groups targeting symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish integrated care plans, ensuring that clients have access to the services they require and that communication among clients, family members, and providers is streamlined.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to inform treatment approaches, ensuring the interventions are appropriate to the client's developmental stage.

• Monitor the progress of clients actively, discussing admission, continued care, and discharge criteria to optimize their treatment pathways.

• Participate in crisis intervention as necessary, remaining composed and effective while addressing urgent client needs.

• Complete required documentation, reports, and data submissions promptly to maintain compliance and support continuous improvements in service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
