Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families, addressing their psychological needs during critical end-of-life stages.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional and mental health statuses, collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals and families facing the emotional and mental health challenges associated with terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
