Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Heartland Wellness Center, your role will directly contribute to the mental health outcomes of your clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals such as psychiatrists and psychologists to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice at our hospice center will require sensitivity and competency in working with individuals facing terminal illnesses, grief, loss, anxiety, and related mental health issues.
