Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions tailored to children and adults according to their specific treatment plans; meticulously document each session in compliance with licensing standards.

• Serve as a liaison between Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic and community-based treatment professionals when necessary, collaborating to coordinate care effectively.

• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time, including treatment notes and updates, to comply with state licensing regulations.

• Respond to subpoenas for records and provide court appearances in accordance with company policy, safeguarding client confidentiality while fulfilling legal obligations.

• Uphold a reliable attendance record, as consistent presence is crucial to the success of your role and the wellbeing of clients.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance service delivery and support the overall goals of the clinic.
