As a full-time clinician, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate mental health support to individuals dealing with serious mental health challenges, particularly within an under-served population. Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while maintaining close contact with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in-office and virtually.

• Engage in evidence-based screening and assessments, setting appropriate treatment goals and developing integrated care plans tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Coordinate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care throughout the treatment process.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes, ensuring timely reports and submission of necessary data.
\n
• Waterfall collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to offer holistic treatment solutions, enhancing the overall wellbeing and recovery of clients.
\n
• Participate in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and crisis management as required.
\n
• Maintain safety protocols at all times, identifying and reporting any unsafe situations promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on individuals facing complex mental health challenges in a Hospice Center environment, where the emphasis is often on palliative care. You will work with a diverse array of clients, including those from various backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges associated with mental illness, grief, and emotional distress. Your goal is to provide them with empathetic support and effective interventions that empower them in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, along with a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

• Extensive knowledge of therapeutic practices, mental health assessment and diagnosis, risk assessment, and crisis intervention methodologies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective engagement with diverse populations.

• Strong organizational abilities, enabling efficient management of caseloads and adherence to documentation requirements.

• A commitment to upholding ethical standards and professional conduct in all aspects of practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in mental health care.

• Demonstrated expertise in working with clients in a Hospice or similar environment, focusing on palliative care approaches.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
