Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients in office and community settings, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary linked services, ensuring collaboration between clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to assess mental health issues and arrange for further assessments when needed.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on presenting problems and the goals of the clients.

• Act proactively in crisis intervention situations, providing immediate support and assessment as required.

• Monitor client progress, including admission processes, ongoing treatment, and discharge planning, ensuring adherence to care protocols.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client care outcomes.

• Ensure timely submission of client reports and data, helping to maintain up-to-date records for compliance and performance evaluation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
