Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in one-on-one or group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing strong collaboration skills with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care for those in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, such as progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions and self-management strategies.

• Coordinate effectively with a team encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide comprehensive care.
