Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the individual needs of patients.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to create personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs, goals, and cultural contexts.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in acute distress, ensuring that they receive immediate and effective support.

• Document clinical interactions accurately and timely, including writing progress notes and developing treatment plans in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with knowledge and coping strategies to manage their challenges effectively.

• Engage regularly in outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, making necessary modifications to treatment plans as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
