Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk evaluations, to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support and continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with practical skills and resources to navigate challenges effectively.

• Engage in regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n
