Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet client needs.

• Manage comprehensive record-keeping by documenting client progress and treatment plans in a timely manner using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Schedule and maintain an organized calendar of appointments, ensuring consistent and reliable follow-ups with clients.

• Work with a billing service to manage claims, client accounts, and payment plans, streamlining the administrative aspects of client care.

• Adapt therapeutic interventions based on ongoing assessments of client progress and presenting issues, showcasing flexibility across a variety of clinical presentations.

You will encounter a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus. As a W2 employee, your compensation reflects your skills and dedication to client care.
