Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Flourish Counsel Connect, you will engage in a variety of tasks that include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, addressing relationship dynamics and individual needs in a supportive environment.
\n
• Conducting individual therapy sessions to focus on personal challenges that impact relationships and family dynamics.
\n
• Implementing therapeutic interventions for issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and job stress, among others.
\n
• Supporting families through significant transitions, including separation, divorce, and the integration of blended families.
\n
• Utilizing innovative therapeutic methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each patient and their circumstances.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will encompass a broad range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. With a variety of presenting issues such as communication difficulties, psychological distress, and familial conflicts, you will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring personalized therapeutic approaches that meet their unique needs. Your expertise will play a critical role in empowering them to navigate life’s challenges and enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care, with a commitment to clinical excellence and ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience; however, the following are highly preferred:

• Previous experience working in a community health setting or similar therapeutic environment.

• Competency in providing therapy via telehealth, as well as in-person sessions, adapting techniques to fit the remote format.

• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with an extensive benefits package that includes:
