Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges to determine their needs. \n

- Provide counseling services, offering emotional support and therapeutic techniques to individuals and families navigating complex life challenges. \n
- Collaborate closely with clients to cultivate service plans that align with their unique circumstances and connect them with additional community resources. \n
- Offer crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the wellbeing of clients in immediate distress. \n
- Engage and collaborate with community organizations, advocating for clients and coordinating services to enhance their support network. \n
- Participate in outreach activities to promote awareness of agency services, as well as attend case conferences and team meetings to foster collaboration within the agency. \n
Your primary focus will be working with children and families in school settings, addressing a range of issues that may be impacting their academic and personal lives. You will be instrumental in providing support for students facing challenges such as academic struggles, behavioral issues, family dynamics, and mental health concerns. By nurturing a supportive environment and employing trauma-informed care strategies, you will contribute to enhancing student resilience and fostering success both in and out of the classroom.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required. \n
- An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential for this role. \n
