Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored, individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote mental wellness.

• Monitor and track client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

• Engage in integrated care by coordinating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families seeking support for a variety of issues, including divorce, relationship challenges, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
