Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services both individually and in group settings. Tailor therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Accurately document client progress through detailed biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning, ensuring timely compliance with organizational protocols.

• Develop and implement aftercare plans to facilitate successful transitions for clients upon discharge from therapy, ensuring ongoing support and resources are available.
