Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver group and individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities catered to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to devise individualized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals for therapy.

• Document treatment progress through detailed notes including progress updates, treatment planning, and discharge summaries, consistent with company protocols.

• Develop comprehensive aftercare plans in collaboration with clients to ensure they are positioned for continued success post-discharge.

• Maintain open communication with families, referring clinicians, and community resources to ensure continuity and quality of care.

• Stay current on best practices and advancements in mental health treatment through continuous professional development and peer collaboration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
