Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and evaluate mental and emotional disorders, formulating effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Administer psychological evaluations and create treatment recommendations, collaborating with other mental health professionals when needed.

• Implement diverse therapeutic techniques to treat psychological disorders, adjusting approaches based on individual progress and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous records, manage billing, and ensure insurance claims are processed in a timely manner, demonstrating strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will allow you to work closely with a wide range of clients, including both adults and children/adolescents, facilitating therapeutic dialogue that fosters healing and resilience. You will play an instrumental role in guiding clients through their challenges, whether they are dealing with relationship issues, behavioral disorders, or other emotional disturbances.
