Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic interviews to evaluate clients' mental health needs, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, preferences, and clinical evidence.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies to foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, coping strategies, and support resources throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records compliant with all relevant laws and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression and anxiety, as well as those affected by unique hardships such as homelessness, refugee status, and domestic violence. Your ability to empathize and advocate for these populations will be essential in helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
