Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans that align with the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate substantial progress in clients’ mental health journeys.

• Providing education and ongoing support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitoring and tracking client progress continuously, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engaging in integrated care practices by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
