Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs and life goals.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to enhance client engagement and success.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices, fostering a deeper understanding and commitment to recovery.

• Continuously monitor patient progress and refine treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a responsive and adaptive therapeutic approach.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to facilitate a holistic treatment experience for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and research in mood disorder treatment, applying new knowledge to improve therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.

• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs while actively challenging stigmas associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals coping with mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Many of our clients may be experiencing significant life stressors, such as homelessness, trauma, or abuse. As an LMFT, you will play an integral role in providing them with therapeutic support, empowering them to navigate their challenges and improve their wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 , commensurate with qualifications and experience.
