Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, integrating both traditional therapeutic modalities and alternative approaches.

• Conduct a combination of in-person and remote therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals, couples, families, or groups.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.

• Continuously research and stay updated on advancements in mental health treatments, applying relevant findings to enhance therapeutic practices.
\n
• Adhere to all ethical standards and confidentiality regulations while documenting therapy progress and maintaining accurate client records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, promoting shared understanding and treatment cohesion.

• Engage in professional development activities, enhancing your skills and staying abreast of industry best practices.

• Conduct psychological assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. You will provide therapeutic support in a compassionate and understanding manner, guiding clients on their path to healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Must possess a current, independent license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and facilitate therapeutic relationships.
\n
• A solid ethical framework and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience providing both in-person and virtual therapy sessions.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches to effectively address client needs.

• Experience in working within a community health clinic or similar environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
