Key Responsibilities\n

  Build and maintain a trusting rapport with clients to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, circumstances, and treatment goals.

  Conduct regular counseling sessions, offering support and strategies for coping, and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

  Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

  Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system to comply with professional standards and state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
