Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Assess and evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs through comprehensive interviews and assessments.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during particularly challenging periods.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
