Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Haven of Healing Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clinical issues and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to HIPAA regulations and internal policies.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including social workers and psychologists, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress, modifying treatment approaches as necessary to meet evolving needs.
